    Absolutely! We always keep umbrellas handy, just in case. However, in the event of unsafe conditions or extreme weather, we will have to cancel the tour. Don't worry, we will inform you well in advance and you'll get a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Where should I park?
    As each tour is unique, please refer to your confirmation email to know the exact starting location.
  • How long are your tours?
    The longest tours at Taste of Bardstown are 4 hours, while some tours may be shorter depending on the type of tour. You can find the specific length of each tour on the tour booking page and it will also be available in your booking email confirmation. We strive to provide a variety of tour options to accommodate different preferences and schedules, ensuring an enjoyable and personalized experience for all our customers.   • What should I wear?
    It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes during the tour as you will be walking and standing. Don't forget to dress appropriately for the weather conditions by checking the forecast in the morning as it can change frequently.
  • Where does my tour begin and end?
    Specific details regarding the meeting point and end location will be provided in your confirmation email, so you can plan your transportation accordingly. Some tours will return to the original start location but a couple do not – your confirmation email will have exact details. At the end of the tour, your guide will ensure that you are within close proximity to your original start location and will provide guidance on how to get back, making the process as convenient and stress-free as possible.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    We're sorry, but we cannot allow pet dogs on our public tours due to Kentucky law, which prohibits dogs from entering restaurants. However, we welcome service animals at all times.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
    During check out we will ask if you have any food allergies and will always pass this information on to our food partners. Please reach out to info@tasteofbardstowntours.com with any dietary concerns before booking if needed.

    Yes, we do offer private tours for groups who want a more personalized experience. Private tours allow us to tailor the experience to your group's preferences, schedule, and interests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable time for all.   • What is your refund policy?
    At Taste of Bardstown, we strive to provide an exceptional culinary experience for all of our customers. Our refund policy is as follows: - Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tour. - Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour. - In the event that a tour is canceled by Taste of Bardstown due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
